Southwest Case Study

Interactive Solutions was pleased to work with Southwest Airlines to create their e-learning OnBoarding program. This program complements Southwest's ILT course to immerse its new employees in the legendary culture and core values of Southwest enabling them to be immediately productive in their new work environment. This web initiative provides new hires with a solid knowledge base and serves as an on-going reference tool. Key team members at Interactive Solutions were privileged to experience the Southwest culture firsthand at their Texas headquarters during the development of this new course.
